Of course it's possible. I feel very priviledged that my goals don't involve getting a beautiful house and a luxurious car because they mean nothing to me. For me, it's extremely important to be in the best shape and health, to learn something every day - to become skillful at what I love (fitness) and do that every day to help others as well as spend time with my family. I also want to create a lot by writing/speaking/thinking. That is what my life is all about and it's very possible that I achieve what I want.

I believe that it's possible. If you find your passion for life, it's not too hard to go ahead and achieve your goals. The problem is most people don't know what they want to do with their lives or what they are truly passionate about. I suggest to start with finding what you are really passionate about.
